The 3Com 3C10233 NBX V5000 256 MB Memory Upgrade Kit. This memory is used only in older V5000 installations that shipped from the factory with 128 MB of memory. -- Check NetSet for system memory status. Newer units shipped from the factory with the system maximum of 384MB of memory. Attempting to exceed the 384 MB limit will cause the system to fail.

***Please save a copy of your configuration and Licenses before you proceed with any software upgrades.***
Saving your configuration: Backing up your configuration can take 20-45 minutes and sometimes longer depending on the number of voicemails you have saved.
-Log into your NBX
-Click on the Tab To It icon.
-Go to the Operations Section and Click on the Manage Data Tab.
-Check the "Include All Voicemails" Box and Click Backup. |
